About Us
The Service
RTO Doctor is an Australian owned company, registered with the Department of Commerce in Western Australia. RTO Doctor was born from the encouragement of many supporters in the international education industry across Australia who believed that there was a lack of quality Consultants available to assist providers in establishing, growing & managing their business.
Our Vision
To be the first choice amongst Consultants across Australia in the area of education and training. Our clients will be recognised as leaders and providers of excellence in their respective fields.
Experience
As the Owner of RTO Doctor, nobody understands your business needs as much as Raelene does. Having spent over 15 years in the education and training industry in many roles, Raelene has had the privilege of working with a range of experts in the Schools, VET, ELICOS & Higher Education sectors as a private provider and a regulator. She has brought together all her skills, experience & advice from CEO’s to trainers to the students themselves to offer you and your business a truly amazing service, unique to the industry. It is this intricate integration of experience from every participant in the learning journey that separates us from our competitors.
Raelene’s experience can be traced back to her school days where, as a gifted student, she spent many hours outside of school mentoring her friends who were struggling to get through school in areas including English, French, Biology, Social Studies and Legal Studies. In 1989, Raelene started working as a Tutor in France teaching English as a Second Language & Remedial French to local French College students. In Tahiti, Raelene continued this work with the local Polynesians and French citizens on the island. As a qualified Secondary School Teacher & Adult Trainer, Raelene spent several years working in Prison Education (both adult & juvenile justice centres) and with marginalised young people in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. Raelene has worked with people from all different backgrounds including Non English Speaking Backgrounds (NESB), Homeless, people with substance abuse & mental health concerns, people with disabilities, international students and all the way through to corporate clients.
Raelene is well respected by industry and regulators at both State & Commonwealth level. Having been an integral part of the National Re-Registration of all CRICOS Providers across the country in 2009 – 2010, Raelene has been involved in many areas that traditional Consultants rarely get to focus on and developed relationships with key representatives of regulatory agencies and industry bodies, strengthening an already strong network. She continues to be highly sought after by recruitment companies in Victoria & Western Australia for high profile roles in training & professional development for large national & global companies.
